At The Park Foot and Ankle Clinic the aim is to diagnose and treat Foot and Ankle problems as efficiently as possible and allow you to return to normal activity as soon as possible.You will be seen for an initial assessment by Mr Pavier and a detailed history of your Foot problem and general health will be taken. This information will allow a treatment plan to be developed.In order to assess your foot problem in more detail, it may be necessary to perform investigations, these may include X-rays, Ultrasound scans, CT scans, MRI or blood test may be necessary. All investigations are available at The Park Foot And Ankle Clinic.Once we have reached a diagnosis of your Foot problem, you will be advised regarding the treatment options available to you. The options will include Conservative care which may include Orthoses, Injection therapy, Exercises,Footwear advice or Physiotherapy.If you require an operation then you will be fully informed of the nature of the procedure recommended, you will be provide with written information about the procedure which will detail the post operative phase and potential complications. You will also be informed of the Anaesthetic options available to you and the likely nature of your stay in hospital ie daycase or overnight stay. |
